Monica Chong Wan Yee maintains an active court and international arbitration practice across a broad range of sectors, including energy, financial services, business consultancy, trade, and investment. A key focus of Monica’s practice is the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, along with related challenges and recovery efforts. Monica is an accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. She serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA). By appointment of the Ministry of Home Affairs, she is also serving her second term as member of the Criminal Law Advisory Committee (Hearing).
