Nicholas Lee is an associate based in the Singapore office of Carey Olsen. His primary areas of practice include commercial litigation and insolvency, specialising in shareholder disputes and company law related matters. He has extensive experience across a variety of multi-jurisdictional disputes, and has advised liquidators on creditor claims, security issues and trust law.
