Nicholas Renzler is Counsel in Foley Hoag’s International Litigation and Arbitration Department, based in the firm’s New York office. He represents sovereign States in State–State and investor–State disputes, and represents sovereign and private parties in commercial arbitration disputes. Nick also frequently acts in U.S. courts, focusing on the enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments and issues of foreign sovereign immunity. Nick graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2012, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
