Nicole Flores is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and White Collar Litigation Groups. Ms. Flores has litigated trademark, copyright, trade secret, and design patent cases in federal court and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as handling sensitive investigations before the Department of Justice.
