Niki Orfanidou is a partner of the firm’s litigation department. Her primary focus centres on criminal litigation, where she specialises in complex cases of white-collar crime, including financial fraud, product criminal liability, money laundering, bribery, embezzlement, competition law violations and tax criminal law. Her understanding of criminal law allows her to effectively advocate for our clients’ interests in various legal settings. In addition to her proficiency in criminal litigation, Niki brings considerable expertise to civil litigation matters. With a keen understanding of tort law and press defamation claims, she offers strategic representation to clients, whilst she also excels in advising clients in the construction of commercial agreements. Niki’s academic background includes the successful completion of her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialisation in criminal law, both from the Ethnikon and Kapodistriakon University of Athens. Since 2005, she has been a member of the Athens Bar Association, and is also affiliated with the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association.
