Olivia Lewis is an associate in Appleby’s Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. Olivia joined Appleby in 2024 having worked for another leading offshore firm in Jersey since 2022. Prior to relocating to Jersey, Olivia spent over two years as a finance litigation associate in the Leeds office of an international law firm. Olivia has experience dealing with a wide spectrum of multi-jurisdictional disputes including contentious trusts, insolvency and corporate recovery, shareholder disputes and general commercial litigation. She also has experience dealing with financial regulation matters, Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) notices, employment and data protection matters.
