Oveis Rezvanian is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rezvanian International. He serves as an Associate Professor of Arbitration Law at the Graduate Institute for Management and Planning Studies (IMPS) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), recognized for his extensive expertise in arbitration and dispute resolution. Dr. Rezvanian earned his PhD in International Law from the University of Geneva and holds an LLM in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University. Additionally, he possesses both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering and Law, enabling him to adeptly manage complex arbitration and litigation cases, particularly in commercial and construction disputes. In November 2014, Oveis was appointed as the Director of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC), an independent international organization under the auspices of AALCO, a role he held until his resignation in November 2022. In 2016, Oveis was elected as the Outstanding ICAL Alumnus of Stockholm University for “his numerous achievements in the field of arbitration, including his leading role in Iran and in the region.”
