Ms. Tysmans-Clemente is a senior partner of ACCRALAW. She specializes in estate planning, family dispute resolution, real estate transactions, construction contracts, and compliance with government regulations. She is a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and a member and trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. She also served as a resource person for the committees that prepared the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 and the Special Rules of Court on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
