Pauline Joly is an Associate at Bredin Prat. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate governance matters, and particularly on CSR issues, for both listed and unlisted companies. Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pauline worked at asset management companies, focusing on sustainable investment issues. She also assisted the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (Paris Financial Market Law Committee) for three years. She has participated in the working group set up by the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (HCJP) (the Paris Financial Market Law Committee) on carbon credits and is currently co-rapporteur of the working group on the European Duty of Vigilance.
