Peteché Mitchell is an associate at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes (Nassau, The Bahamas) and is a member of their litigation practice group, representing ultra-high-net-worth clients and multinational companies in a wide array of contentious commercial and corporate fraud disputes. That same year, she achieved a distinction in a Masters of Law in Bar Practice (LLM) from the University of Law (London, England). In 2019, Peteché attained a First Class Joint Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Law from the University of Kent (Kent, England), having served as a student ambassador, research assistant, peer mentor, critical law conference coordinator and Law School President during the course of her degree.
