Pigi Konstantinou is a partner at Souriadakis Tsibris, admitted before the Supreme Court of Greece, and specialises in Intellectual Property Law. She has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, representing renowned authors, performers, other rights holders and companies from various sectors before courts and authorities, and providing strategic advice for the protection and exploitation of their IP rights. Her practice also includes negotiating and drafting all types of agreements relating to the transfer and commercialisation of IP rights. Pigi holds a PhD in Copyright Law and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has served as a Visiting Lecturer at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and as a Scientific Collaborator at the Open University of Cyprus (OUC). She is a member of MARQUES and ECTA.
