With over 20 years of experience, Rafael is a founding partner at BFBM. His practice is strongly focused on the banking sector, in which he represents the major Brazilian players. He acts on strategic, high-value litigation cases in all courts across Brazil, particularly the High Courts (STF and STJ). Rafael holds an MBA degree (2022) from Fundação Dom Cabral. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Consumer Law (2005) and an LLB (2003), both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ).
