Mrs Cîrlig is a Bucharest-based attorney-at-law, specialised in international arbitration with a focus on construction, infrastructure, IT, telecommunications, movie industry, energy, natural resources, International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) contracts, European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) contracts, joint venture agreements, and corporate disputes. She is notable for her expertise in private international law (conflict of laws) and EU law, and has developed particular knowledge in business and human rights matters. Mrs Cirlig is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Panel Member of the Business Arbitration Scheme.
