Ran Hai co-heads the Corporate and Securities Department and focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and joint ventures. He has advised on some of the largest corporate and M&A transactions in Israel in recent years, representing both Israeli and international companies, including multinational groups. Ran regularly advises leading private equity and venture capital funds on portfolio investments and provides ongoing corporate and transactional counsel to major clients across a range of industries. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the corporate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, where his work focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and private equity transactions.
