Rebecca Asamoah Addo is an associate with experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as litigation. She has assisted in due diligence investigations and the review of transaction documents for the acquisition of major mining companies. This required, among other things, a thorough review of regulatory compliance, risk assessment and the companies’ contractual obligations. Her keen attention to detail and analytical skills have been instrumental in identifying potential legal risks and ensuring seamless transaction processes. Rebecca has also regularly represented clients in court on various matters. She has also been involved in arbitrations before the Ghana Arbitration Centre, providing key support in matters being handled by the firm.
