Richard is a partner of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He advises in respect of the establishment, authorisation and ongoing operation of Irish regulated investment funds. Richard has extensive experience on the implementation of and ongoing compliance with the SFDR, the Taxonomy Regulation and the CSRD. He has a particular focus on SFDR pre-contractual and periodic reporting requirements and frequently contributes to and authors sustainable finance publications.
