Robert Hunter is a Partner in Osborne Clarke’s Disputes & Risk Group. He is dual-qualified in England and in Germany and acts as counsel in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations arising out of capital projects, corporate transactions, international contracts, government projects, joint ventures and joint development agreements, primarily in the energy and life science sectors. He also frequently sits as arbitrator.
