Roberta Rodrigues Rozenthal has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on data protection, intellectual property and commercial contract matters, with a focus on technology, entertainment and digital law. She has experience advising national and multinational groups on personal data protection compliance, the negotiation and drafting of commercial and technology contracts, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights and industrial designs, before courts and administrative bodies.
Roberta holds an LL.M. in Competition, Innovation and Information Law from New York University (NYU) and is qualified to practise law in Brazil.
