Sam is a senior associate in Campbells’ Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring Group, where he specialises in voluntary and court-supervised liquidations, SPAC disputes, shareholder claims, and general commercial disputes. He advises and appears in the Cayman Islands courts, including the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal, on behalf of liquidators, directors, shareholders and creditors. He has acted for and against listed companies, banks, liquidators, shareholders, directors and professional service providers.
