Sam is a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s Arbitration Practice Group. He is an experienced projects dispute lawyer and represents government and commercial clients across a range of sectors including energy and resources, commercial property, and infrastructure, specialising in international arbitration. Sam advises on all aspects of project delivery, claims management, and dispute resolution, with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes for his clients. He has acted in State and Federal Court proceedings, in arbitrations pursuant to ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and bespoke rules, in mediations, and in adjudications, throughout Australia, in the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
