Sandra Feldman is a publications attorney at the Corporation Trust Company, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer that provides software and services for legal professionals. She focuses on entity law issues that impact CT customers and writes about these in CT white papers, seminar reference books, webinars and articles. Feldman is a graduate of Binghamton University and the Boston University School of Law and is also a member of the New York and Massachusetts bars.
