Sara Omran is Head of Brand Enforcement, Anti-Counterfeiting and Government Affairs at United Trademark & Patent Services (UTPS) in Dubai, where she leads the firm’s regional enforcement and brand protection strategy. She advises multinational brand owners on complex cross-border enforcement matters and directs multijurisdictional anti-counterfeiting operations across the Middle East and North Africa.
Sara works closely with customs authorities, economic departments, and law enforcement agencies to design and implement coordinated enforcement frameworks, border protection programs, and investigation strategies. She is regularly entrusted with government-facing initiatives, authority training programs, and public–private collaboration projects aimed at strengthening institutional enforcement capacity.
She is actively engaged in international intellectual property policy discussions and professional committees focused on advancing global anti-counterfeiting cooperation and enforcement modernization.
