She advises clients on tax planning and structuring for cross-border and oil and gas transactions, direct and indirect taxation, free trade zone operations, international taxation, treaty-based structuring, and the Nigerian tax implications of cross-border operations. Sesan has advised major players in the digital economy space on corporate tax issues, transfer pricing and digital services taxation.
