Sharix Alicea is a corporate associate, and member of Brown Rudnick’s Digital Commerce group. She regularly advises technology clients through the legal issues related to strategy, compliance, financings, mergers and acquisitions, structure and reorganizations, and other commercial transactions. She draws on her prior experience as a litigator to help her client’s see the big picture on their deals, forecast potential legal issues, and overcome legal obstacles. Sharix earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business. She commonly leverages her business acumen and her diverse legal background to support her client’s end goals.
