Shihao joined HHP in 2016 upon his graduation from the Law School of Nanjing University. He is dedicated to the practice areas of Corporate and M&A and Data compliance and regularly advises multinational clients of diverse industries on inbound and outbound investment, data and privacy risk assessment, establishment of cybersecurity and data management systems. He also has extensive experience in providing contentious and non-contentious legal services in labour law and intellectual property rights.
