Simona is a Senior Associate and has been with Gernandt & Danielsson since 2016. Simona has extensive experience of private and public M&A transactions in a number of different sectors, and in running multijurisdictional transactions. She also advises on securities law and corporate law, and assists clients in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements, as well as advising private equity clients, often in connection with investments in and divestments of portfolio companies.
