Sonali Ramsaha is an Associate at BLC Robert & Associates in the Corporate and Commercial team. She advises on domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, including on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), group restructuring, and business law matters. She is heavily involved in drafting and in reviewing investment documentation and lends support in regulatory and compliance matters, including on data protection issues. Her current practice is focused on M&A and private equity transactions, with a predominant concentration on private acquisitions and divestitures, both domestic and cross-border. Sonali is regularly called upon to advise private equity and institutional investors as well as clients in the banking and leisure and hospitality sector.
