Sonya Manzor leads the William Fry tax department and has over 25 years’ experience in advising clients on Irish tax matters including inward investment, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and tax controversy. Sonya Manzor is vice chair of the Law Society Taxation Committee and one of their representatives on the main Tax Advisory and Liaison Committee (TALC) with Revenue. Sonya is part of the leadership of William Fry’s dedicated inward investment team and is a frequent speaker on tax matters.
