Stav Ben Hamo is a senior associate in the Competition & Antitrust Practice at S. Horowitz, advising domestic and international clients on the competition aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including merger control filings, transaction structuring, and regulatory risk assessment. He is particularly experienced in antitrust due diligence and coordinating Israeli competition clearances for cross-border transactions. Stav also advises on restrictive arrangements, joint ventures, abuse of dominance matters, and competition issues in the communications and regulated sectors such as the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
