He studied law in Bucharest and London and began his career with the local office of a Magic Circle firm, where he became a senior lawyer and worked extensively with other offices of the firm on cross-border matters involving international arbitration and regulatory investigations across sectors such as infrastructure, oil and gas, and banking. In March 2025, Ștefan joined forces with Simona Neagu and founded Neagu Dinu Partners, a boutique law firm dedicated to complex litigation and international arbitration matters.
