Stephen regularly represents clients in audits, investigations and tax litigation. He also advises on broader corporate and commercial matters across the energy, financial services, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, among others, combining strong technical expertise with commercially pragmatic, strategic counsel. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
