Tori Herholdt is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Dispute Resolution Department. She specialises in litigation and alternative dispute resolution and has been involved in several large arbitrations (both local and international) and high-profile High Court cases. Her international arbitration experience includes involvement in proceedings governed by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules and the International Chamber of Commerce’s Rules of Arbitration. Tori has BA and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town.
