Tudor Stanciu is a co-founder of Ventures’n’Law, one of the earliest Romanian law firms working exclusively with technology companies and startups. With over ten years of experience in the field, Tudor advises clients on strategy, deals and fundraising matters for technology companies. Before founding Ventures’n’Law, he was deeply involved in building the country’s startup ecosystem, having managed initiatives such as How to Web and TechHub Bucharest and the Romanian Fintech Association. He represents Ventures’n’Law in the Romanian Private Equity Association and is a member of HeyCounsel, an international community for boutique and fractional legal practices.
