Ms Thu Dinh joined VCI Legal in July 2019, where her practice focuses on legal research in M&A, dispute resolution, labour, commerce, and especially ISDS. She has extensive experience in working with investor clients, local authorities, and courts at different levels. Ms. Thu Dinh has been assisting clients in ISDS through complex business disputes with multiple parties, including government agencies.
