He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including mechanical engineering, construction, transportation, energy, aviation, banking, consulting, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property/information technology.
A particular focus of his work is debt collection and bankruptcy law. Urs Boller has extensive experience in attachment proceedings and in the cross-border enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
