Valentino Halim advises international and national companies on questions concerning European and German IT law, including data protection, AI regulation, and cybersecurity law. His work includes advising on data protection issues, including proceedings before authorities and courts, in particular advising companies on defending against fines and claims for damages due to data protection violations and on responding to data breaches. He also has particular expertise in the area of digital business models, social networks and online platforms. Other areas of focus include advising on legal issues related to the use of AI, regulatory and contractual aspects of the data economy as well as advising on IT security laws, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
