Verónica Cuadra

Verónica joined Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos in 2014 and has been a senior associate since 2019. She provides advice to national and foreign clients in matters of public law in general, as well as regulatory, environmental and energy law. She was one of the leaders of the firm’s constitutional law team during the 2022 constitutional process in Chile. Verónica is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2003) and also obtained a Diploma in Regulation of Electricity Market from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from Universidad Chile. In addition, Verónica is a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge (2019), where she was an active member of the Climate Law and Governance Initiative Secretariat.
