Mr. Vinh Luu is Founder and Managing Partner of Asia Legal, a business law firm with strong expertise and in-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s political culture and legal developments in Vietnam. Vinh Luu is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (Singapore), and Arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (China), Dubai International Arbitration Center (Dubai), and Beihai Arbitration Commission/ Beihai Court of International Arbitration (China). He is an accredited mediator for the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (UK), and Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (Vietnam), and a Visiting Lecturer of the Judicial Academy of Vietnam, a body established under the MOJ to provide professional training for judges, lawyers, bailiffs, notaries, and other officials in Vietnam.
