Wilin Somya is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, where her practice focuses on providing business-focused advice and assistance on privacy law and corporate legal matters. She regularly represents international, regional, and Thailand-based companies in commercial transactions, industry-specific regulatory matters, and various compliance activities. Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Wilin handled matters related to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act and other data privacy regulations at a leading law firm in Bangkok. Wilin graduated with an LLB from Chulalongkorn University.
