Woody Jansen de Lannoy
Woody Jansen de Lannoy is partner at and founder of Rosewood Legal in Amsterdam, where he runs a litigation practice mainly focused on cryptocurrency. He likes to look for out-of-the-box solutions and always has the client’s interests at heart. He is the author of various publications discussing the legal implications of cryptocurrency and blockchain. Woody often gives presentations and webinars about cryptocurrency and has recorded a podcast about crypto and tax, which can be listened to on Spotify. He is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Dutch Association of Tax Lawyers, and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers. In the past, he has provided examination training at VU University of Amsterdam in corporate tax law and in international and European tax law.
