Yasir Alibhai is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He joined the firm in 2013 after completing his legal education in the UK and was a Senior Associate in the firm’s Karachi office. Yasir left the firm mid-2024 to pursue other opportunities. He has over a decade of experience in advising a wide variety of local and international clients across the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, banking and corporate finance, anti-trust, project finance and investment, corporatisation, commercial agencies, securities, and technology, media and communications. Yasir also holds a primary degree in Geography and Development Studies from the UK.
