Yiannis Sakkas is a scientific advisor to Bazinas Law Firm. He is often involved in large scale corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, mainly advising foreign creditors in domestic and cross-border proceedings, corporate refinancing, debt restructuring, and various credit and equity transactions. He has published works in English on global insolvency law, trans-European insolvency proceedings, and Greek insolvency legislation reform. He is also the INSOL Europe Country Coordinator for Greece.
