Youjoun Ha

Youjoun Ha is an associate at Peter & Kim in Singapore and is qualified to practise in South Korea. Youjoun is a member of the Korean and Seoul Bar Associations. Prior to joining Peter & Kim in Seoul in February 2021, Youjoun had extensive experience advising and representing clients in civil, criminal and administrative disputes in South Korea and Vietnam. In Peter & Kim, Youjoun regularly acts for clients in high-profile disputes over a range of sectors including the construction, digital assets, energy, finance, intellectual property, maritime, and technology sectors. He has appeared before tribunals in both ad hoc arbitrations and institutional arbitrations administered by the HKIAC, ICC, KCAB, JCAA, LCIA, and SIAC. Youjoun continues to support Peter & Kim in the Singapore office from November 2022 as a registered foreign lawyer. Youjoun has also authored several publications, including “Three Suggestions for Improving Document Production Practice” for Kluwer Arbitration Blog and was a contributor to the revision of KCAB’s Seoul Protocol on Video Conferencing in International Arbitration. He was also a contributor for Korea in “GAR Know-how – Litigation” published by Global Arbitration Review in 2021.
