Mr. Lian is the founder and head of Jadong IP Law Firm. He started his legal practice in 1982 and has been practicing in the field of Intellectual Property since 1985, with extensive experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement. He is strong in anti-counterfeiting services. He has been working for many internationally well-known brands in their protection against counterfeiters, including investigations, AMR raid actions, police actions and lawsuits. He is a frequent speaker at many international conferences, such as INTA, AIPPI, MARQUES. He is a Panelist of the CIETAC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center, Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center, and Hong Kong International Arbitration Center. He is very active in international IP communities. He is a committee member of INTA ADR Committee, former INTA Internet Committee and former INTA Anti-counterfeiting Committee. He is also a committee member of ECTA Internet Committee, Trademark Committee of AIPPI China Group and MARQUES China Team.
He regularly receives awards from a variety of legal publications, like MIP, WTR, Chambers Asia-Pacific, Asia IP and writes extensively in many international publications on intellectual property.
