The firm - which also has five offices in the Middle East and Asia - is focusing all the services on the needs of general counsel and in-house legal teams. The other four areas that the new group, AG Consulting, will work in are: knowledge management, legal project management, legal needs analysis and panel management.
Contract lawyer team
Greg Bott, who will head the new arm, told Legal Business: 'These are all areas where clients need more help and support than ever before.' The group will be manned by lawyers and paralegals. There will also be a contract lawyer team available.
Behavioural analyst
