AOL deputy general counsel Damien Atkins has joined The Panasonic Corporation of North America to head up its legal function. He replaces chief legal advisor Robert Marin who is retiring after 23 years in the job and 40 years at the company. Mr Atkins will also take over the role of corporate secretary.
