Ms Turner – who begins her stint with the Pennsylvania-based company on 7 July – will report to president and chief executive officer John Billbrey, and also serve as a member of Hershey’s global leadership team, according to ALM’s Corporate Counsel web site.
Elsewhere, British government-backed mutual insurer Pool Reinsurance has appointed former Hogan Lovells partner Christian Wells as company secretary and general counsel.
The Lawyer newspaper reports the move is part of a professional game of musical chairs, with the Anglo-US law firm re-appointing Helen Chapman to its insurance group following after a stint as the reinsurer’s legal chief.
