Of this year’s promotions, four are in Australia, three in the UK, two in Germany, and one in France, Hong Kong and Spain. The firm’s litigation, real estate, and resources and utilities teams gain three new partners each and there was one promotion apiece in the banking, corporate and employment groups.
A total of four new partners (one third) are women. In 2014 Ashurst said that 40 per cent of its promotions would be female by 2018.
