Jan Dransfield, an employment law specialist, joins from Ashurst while commercial litigation lawyer Robert Johnston joins from Sydney-based HWL Ebsworth.
US-based international firm Dechert has expanded is Beijing team by raiding the partnership of local firm DeHeng Law Office. The firm has recruited Paul Weidong Wang to its corporate practice as a partner. Mr Wang also worked as an associate for fellow American firm Sidley Austin in Chicago.
