The move is an increase on last year when the law firm, founded by litigator David Boies, gave top bonuses of $250,000. Other firms have taken a much more cautious approach this year, following Cravath, Swaine & Moore in keeping bonuses at their 2012 level. Cravath will pay bonuses of between $10,000 and $60,000 this month.
